Our website may be accessible from outside the United States for informational purposes. By joining our waitlist, Founding Member Program, or otherwise registering for access to Parroli products or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident.

Information you provide directly. This may include your name, email address, contact information, waitlist or Founding Member information, referral information, survey responses, preferences, and communications with us.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions with our website, dates and times of access, and similar usage information.

Information from other sources. We may receive information from referral participants, service providers, business partners, analytics providers, marketing providers, and other third parties where permitted by applicable law.

Information we derive. We may derive information or insights from the information described above, such as information regarding engagement with our website, communications, or programs.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may also use information for other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection, as otherwise permitted by applicable law, or with your consent where required.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary for our business, including:

Professional advisors. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, and other professional advisors.

Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required or appropriate under applicable law, legal process, governmental request, or to protect Parroli, our users, or others.

Corporate transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with an actual or proposed financing, investment, merger, acquisition, restructuring, reorganization, sale of assets, due diligence process, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction.

At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.

We may also use and disclose aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information where permitted by applicable law.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Parroli does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

However, certain analytics, advertising, marketing, or similar technologies may involve disclosure of identifiers, device information, or online activity information to third parties. Depending on applicable law, some of these activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such activities, we will provide or honor applicable opt-out mechanisms as required by law.

7. California Do Not Track and Online Tracking Disclosures

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to traditional DNT signals, our website may not respond to traditional DNT signals.

Where required by applicable law, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”).

Third parties providing analytics, advertising, marketing, or other technologies on our website may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services.

8. Referrals and Information About Other People

Certain Parroli programs may allow you to refer or share information with other people. If you provide us with personal information relating to another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information to us and that doing so complies with applicable law.

We may use referral-related information to administer, verify, measure, protect, and improve our referral and Founding Member programs and to prevent fraud or misuse.

9. Sensitive Personal Information

Please do not provide Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, government-issued identification numbers, payment card information, or other sensitive personal information through general website forms, email, referral forms, or other channels unless Parroli specifically requests such information through an authorized process.

Future Parroli financial products may require additional information for identity verification, compliance, underwriting, account servicing, or other purposes. Any such collection may be subject to additional notices, disclosures, consents, security procedures, and terms.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for other legitimate business purposes, including providing and developing our Services, maintaining business and legal records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, protecting our rights, and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, our relationship with you, applicable legal requirements, and our business and operational needs.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

12. Your Privacy Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications. We may continue to send administrative, transactional, legal, security, or other non-promotional communications where appropriate. You may also manage certain cookies and tracking technologies through your browser settings or privacy controls made available through our website.

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, the nature of our activities, and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include rights to request access to or information about personal information, request correction or deletion, obtain a copy of certain information, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or other processing. These rights are subject to applicable legal requirements, limitations, and exceptions.

Where applicable, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or authority before processing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. To submit a privacy request, contact us at hello@parroli.com.

If you access our website from outside the United States, information associated with your visit may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate, subject to applicable law. Access to the website from another jurisdiction does not mean that Parroli offers or makes its products or services available in that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
